There was a Conditional Use Hearing in Clinton County this month to discuss the opening of a medical cannabis dispensary in Woodward Township.  According to the Sun Gazette, the hearing about Terrapin’s  business practices were generally favorable.   Some concerns from those at the hearing involve extra traffic around the proposed facility at 209 Woodward Avenue, but a witness said it wouldn’t be worse than a long ATM line that occurred there when the building was a bank.
